How Do I Know I Can Trust Binaline Enterprises Ltd?

 Binaline is fully registered and licensed in Kenya to offer manpower outsourcing services. The company has been in the business providing reputable, quality and reliable manpower outsourcing services to clients of reference. We are statutory compliant with full operational offices in case our client choose to pay us a visit.  

2. Do You Bring Your Own Supplies And Equipment?
Yes we do, in cleaning and maintenance contractual services where the cost of the supplies is included in the contract rates. However, for facility operation’s manpower outsourcing, we only supply labour.
3. 3. Am I/Are we under Contract?
   Yes, but only to provide some small amount of notice if you would like to cancel or postpone, agree to our specific payment terms, and to confirm you’re happy with our Terms and Conditions of Business.
   4. Will we have the same staff each time?
   We will always try. We will aim to send at least one-same-team-members each time so we remain familiar with the tasks. It’s in our interest too to send the same members of staff so we will always do our best. If you would like to know who will be coming beforehand, just ask.
   5. How Many Workers Will Come?
   It will depend on the job. Generally, it’s normally agreed beforehand between Binaline and the client.
   6. How much do you charge?
   Our outsourced manpower charges are based on one-off piece job, square area, hourly, daily or  monthly rates based on a quotation submitted beforehand.
   8. How do we pay?
   Easy; For Commercial customers, we just send an invoice upon completion or delivery of service asking you to prepare remittance within 7 – 30 days.  
   9. What If Something Is Damaged When Your Team is working?
   We treat all jobs with care; however, in case of an accidental breakage or damage, we will make every  effort to have the item repaired or replaced. The company is adequately insured.
